Ground Crew
As a member of our Ground Crew, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team with tree maintenance and removal tasks. This includes clearing debris, operating basic equipment, and assisting other team members to ensure a safe and efficient worksite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearing and disposing of tree debris
- Supporting the aerial crew and equipment operators
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment -
Aerial Crew
Our Aerial Crew specializes in climbing and operating lifts to perform tree trimming and removal. This role requires skill, precision, and a focus on safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pruning and removing trees safely and efficiently
- Operating lifts and climbing equipment
- Communicating with the ground crew to coordinate tasks -
Equipment Operator
Equipment Operators are responsible for managing specialized machinery used in tree care operations, including stump grinders, chippers, and cranes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining heavy machinery
- Assisting with tree removal and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring equipment safety and readiness
